Dear Ms Nisha, 

Ex-parte order means when a defendant/respondent does not appear in the proceedings before a court, the court may proceed in his absence and pass an order against him/her.

@subhambhardwaj If a respondent does not appear before judge in person and just submits WS in office of court and in whole case for further 3 years proceedings in court respondent never appears in court. can court deny ex party divorce case judgment without any fair trail and cross examination.
