EX PARTE DIVORCE

 The ex-parte divorce is when the court orders notice to the respondent and he/she  receives the notice and at the time of hearing date he/she not appeared or when appeared and not filed counter in spite of several adjournments the court will pass an ex-parte decree. The decree is valid one.  But under certain circumstances the decree can be set aside
