Divorce took place six years ago.
Property held in joint name was transferred to wife's name following an agreement entered into after divorce was complete.
Husband remarried in 9 months to office colleague 22 years junior.
Now after six years he is claiming his entitlement in the property saying that he was forced to sign the agreement which took place after the divorce.
Ex wife also sold a land held in her name from before marriage. He is also claiming a share in the proceeds of that sale.
What is the legal position for the ex wife. Ex husband has sent lawyers notice claiming his share.
