this is in relation with an old tenanat, app 35 yrs old in uttar prades.
The tenancy was acquired by him from his fathers partnership firm , without consent of landlord........however after fifteen years of his use of the shop he deposited the rent amount in court and was able to get moneyorder delivered to land lady with a very petty amount in respect of his outstanding dues cleareance.
at present , the shop as well as the house is in dilapidated state, The property as bein risky is been now recognised by nagar palika.
Can we get authentic rent from the tenant and also get him evicted.
