eviction notice


tenent subletting my property,
not even paying rent, staying they are old tenents.
i have served the notice on my property address they are not receiving it.
i dont know where is their bew address are.
what to do in such situation.
help me out please.

You have already stated to have been issued notice through an able, competent and intelligent lawyer, what is his/ her advise, follow it and proceed to evict the tenant.

has an annual eviction suit been filed already by you?

I am in process of filing an eviction suit, but people advice me to stay away from court and it will take a very long time to get a proper judgment by the court.
