Error in registered deed

We have recently purchased an apartment and observe below errors, please guid if we need to file for rectification:

1) Instead of second part it is typed as second art

2) Co purchasers police station is written another one of same PIN code. Though we will update all our documents in the new address as this will be our permanent one.
