There is a Colony with a few hundred housing plots. In this a substantial number of plot owners have been dragged unwittingly into some IT litigation of the promoters leading tio attachment of their properties.Many of the owners we feel may not even be aware of the position. To contact them and apprise them of the situation we need their addresses. Can we require the Registering Authority to furnish the details of owners of those properties to give by invoking the RTI Act?
