Enquiries regarding release deed

Please take a legal opinion in writing from a local advocate as relinquishment show the scheduled property. You have not mentioned the nature of property such as Agricultural land, plot etc.  If the property is a house, house number and demarcated boundaries are sufficient. The relinquishment deed may require registration also.
