Respected Advocates,
There is a person , who has been enjoying the govt land for the last twelve years and every year , he has been paying the land cess too.Now is there a way to get the title for the land through the court.Please advice and suggest.

To acquire the right of adverse possession. the occupation must be for12 years minimum for private land and 20 for government land.
