Hello..
My property seller purchased plot no 17 about 200 sq yards in 1988 first leg 4/4 of EC and 2nd leg 3/4 in attached EC is fine, which I purchased in 1994,since then I have not sold to any one but EC is sowing 2 legs of 2/4 and 1/4, I am surprised if EC is wrong what is the suggestions please.

Show the concerned document(s) to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts, professional advise and necessary proceeding if the property is showing encumbrance since 1988 without any transaction.
