Encroachment removal

Matter is from pune city,

Encroachment on my land ,already case has been filed in hon.courts, want to know any option avaliable to get possesion before court case judgement .

Forcibly remove the encrochment if necessary with the help of muscle men. If possible come to an understanding with the local police, so that they act in your favour if the encroacher complains.

Police won't act without Bribe and that's the reality, even if Court decrees eviction of encroached land the local Police will not act, unless the OC is honest.
