I have file a suit for partition in the year 2005 against brothers..TI also granted at the time except one defendant all parties executed a unregistered agreement to sell to one mr.X.....suit is still is pending for adjudication same time mr.X putting a fence on suit land under the 14 years old unregistered agreement to sell
whether Mr.X is entitled for possession without registered instrument
