Does a offer letter issued by a company to candidate be executed on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper?..........

if required plz give citations in this aspect

Yes! Offer letters for an emploment/job can be issued on non judicial stamp paper ofRs.100.It is very much legally valid and admissible in evidence in  a court  of law. If you appreciate this answer Please click the thank you  burtton on this forum.

No: it is not, neceesaary, for either offer letter or appointment letter/order.

Offer letter implies; making offer of employment/appointment.

Appointment letter/order implies: duly appointed, subsequent to offer.

Offer letter/Appointment letter not issued on say; stamp paper may not be defunct.
