Employer forced me to resign

Page no : 2

Did you submit all bills under proper acknowledgment?

Has the company declined to reimburse the bills in writing?

Has it issued FnF statement and did you accept or decline it in writing?

If you are not able to get the payment with your efforts you may approach court of law thru your local labor Consultant/service lawyer?

well advised by mr Kumar Doab.

@Kumar Daob sir,

First of all thank you for your valuable reply.

I have sent all the bills at the time of resignation via e mail. Now they are saying that they could not find it.

I have email record with me. What to do now?

Any legal enforcement that could be done if they deny to pay the bills?

They have not given me form 16 also.

This is just very disgusting.

Many times in this thread you have been advised to consult a lawyer. It is felt that you have neither consulted your lawyer nor any one else.

Instead of saying and telling mode you should have preferred written mode.

At least you could have written the minutes of discussion.

Who has said that ‘they could not find it?’……………………..and find what email or original bills? Did you send original bills too and do you have acknowledgment of having submitted original bills?

For Form16 you can lodge a complaint with ITO-TDS where you file your ITR and jurisdictional CIT-TDS where your company files its ITR.

Before that issue a final notice to appointing authority, MD preferably thru your lawyer.

Chatting with them and in threads may not fetch you any relief.

Sufficient has been discussed in this thread. You need to approach your lawyer now.
