Employees rights during cirp period

if an employees resigns during the CIRP period, is he entitled to be a part of the CIRP cost for the period he has worked during the CIRP period.

Quick Summary
Employees have the right to resign voluntarily during a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) period. Upon resignation, they are entitled to receive all legitimate dues, including unpaid wages and salary for the time they worked. If you've resigned, ensure you have documentation like emails from the Resolution Professional and records of unpaid salaries and expenses to support your claim.
