i am 22 years old girl. my father abuses n beatens my mother a lot but she doesnt wants to take any step b ut this kind of environment mentally disturbs me. they r also forcing me to marry but i dont want to due to these reasons i want to get emancipated from my family without any court case or hiring a lawyer kindly guide

You can emancipate yourself without anyone forcing you to do so, at your will. But think about your livelihood after that, where will stay, what will you do for your food, what about pursuing your career, from where will you do that, who will support you?
