Im very glad to join this reputed forum.
My Question is Can somebody file a Complaint of His/Her Email id Hacking after 4 year of email id hacking??
or there is any Time Bound Period to file a complaint regarding file a complaint of email id hacking....
If im asking this question in wrong category than i apologise but im not able to find appropriate category...

Duplicate query - Four years is a long time and it is not possible to file a complaint this late, unless the offence is ongoing, i.e. the email is still being hacked or being used by the hacker.
