I mean Can I produce copies of e-mail letters signed or unsigned as annexure of the petition ? Are such documents considered as valid documents in court ? All web details such as e-mail addresses of sender and receiver, time of sending etc are printed in the letters.

e-mais,whatsapp massages and other electronic documents are admissible in evidence subject to compliance of sec 65 B of Evidence Act.
