E-daakhil question

Need someone with actual experience in e-filing e-daakhil consumer complaint to kindly advise. After application approved email is received from e-daakhil confonet with Application No. but not any Case No., must paper copies be filed with Kerala District Consumer Commission?

You will be advised to send the papers after the case number is allotted .

You can file the petition after that.

Sir, I just saw in my spam box they want 1+ 2 copies. Why then are we filing this online application with scanned copies?

It should be 2 copies for the Commission and as many as opposite party (ies).

If they have asked you to file 1 plus two copies then you have to comply with the same.

E-filing is an advance filing but for conduct of case you are required to follow the procedures as per regular process, this e-filing will ensure that the case is taken on its file by the court or not.
