What are the essentials of dying declaration as per Indian law and when is it admissible?

Depending on various parameters, Dying Declaration can be admissible ONLY after his Death, with the permission or discretion of Court.

1. Death of person.
2. DD regarding cause of death.
3. Can be before any person & in any form.

Admissibility:
Shall be admitted if free from any influence.
