Both DTP & DTCP approval are same or there is difference?
Which one is best DTP approved plots Or DTCP approved plots?
Please advise
DTP and DTCP are different.
The basic difference is dtp plots are approved by the local town planning authority which has a complete view of future planned developments of the place hence in the future there may not be acquired for new roads or other projects.DTP plots come with better roads say 23 feet, 30, 40 feet, etc along with parks (OSR), shops, etc which is not mandatory in panchayat approval.
DTP is better.
