Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a plot in krishnagiri district in 2011. On the later date on enquiry with the local municipal authorities i have found that the plot was approved as public purpose plot by the DTCP in the year 1967.
On verifiying the records i found that the DTCP Chennai has approved the layout first in the year 1963 (on that day the plot i have purchased is approved as plot only) approving the roads as 30 feet road and with cross roads, but the plot developer has appealed that i have sold many plots with 20 feet and the cross roads approved has already been sold as plots.
The plot i have purchased was sold in the year 1964.
On later date the layout has been revised in the year 1966 two times (which sketch could not be traced) and again in the year 1967 the layout has been revised and approved with 30 feet roads and the plot which i purchased and the adjacent plot have been marked as public purpose.
Although the local municipality on 1967 itself has informed the DTCP that the roads are built with 20 feet only and there is no land available for public purpose since all the plots have been sold. But no reply has not been receivied.
In the above circumstances please advise me how to get building plan approval of the plot & whether let me know that the layout approval after the sales of plots will be valid (which was also informed by the layout developer to the DTCP that the plots have been sold)
