Dr.PC

sir, what is the remedy available against interim order in criminal cases? like appeal or revision.?

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses remedies for interim orders in criminal cases, such as appeals or revisions. While interim orders are generally uncommon in criminal proceedings, the available recourse depends on the specific interim application being challenged. It is strongly recommended to consult a lawyer familiar with the case's details or a local legal professional for accurate analysis and guidance.

Generally, there could be no cause for an interim order in a criminal case. Please post material facts.

It differs from type of interim application(s) decided and being assailed.

It would be advisable to consult your lawyer who is well aware about facts and circumstances of the case.

Otherwise consult another local prudent lawyer for better analyses of facts/ documents/ order, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
