Will anyone tell me that
which type of court (CIVIL OR CRIMINAL) can hear dowry related cases? After FIR has been lodged (17/10/11) both parties reconcile and police submitted FINAL REPORT (12/2011).
Will court accept this final report if lady will not appear before the court for objection.How long court will wait for her objection?
Can husband take ex-parte order (if possible) in this case if she did not object since last one year? but what if she reopen the case after ex-parte order to the husband?
Can husband file a case to declare this dowry case VOID as she didn't object since last one year?
husband filed section-9 (RCR) against her wife 15 days before 498a FIR lodged against his whole family, if she reopens her case how much this case will help to husband?
