Q.No.1: In a Domestic Violance Case main petition filed U/s 190 r/w 200 of CrPC & sec 12 of POWDV Act. Isn't the petition maintainable? Q.No.2: Husband is in illicit intimacy with another woman. That illegal lady threatned complainant. Hence impleaded as R2. As that woman is not classified under domestic relationship with the petitioner please explain me the scope against R2

you can registetr FIR against that lady for criminal intimidation but no relief under DV

Complaint to Police Sstation for lodging FIR, failing which a private complaint before Magistrate U/s. 200 Cr.P.C. and also Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. (Not u/s. 190 as you said in your query). For 2nd question, DV is not maintainable against that lady.
