Hello Experts,
Can anyone provide me the templete or sample for the final report to be submitted by the Management Representative (MR) to the Management upon conclusion of the enquiry proceedings. The Enquiry officer has submitted the findings report. Is MR entitled to give recommendations/opinion in the said report enclosing the findings of the enquiry?

Hi
As per the procedure of domestic enquiry MR not entitle to recommendation or opinion. MR has to be submitted of the cross examine reports, even that report also prepared and sumbitted by EO, not by others and conclussion submission by EO only.

Therei s no such provision.
your oeverenthusiasm will help the accused. Such recommendations on your part can come handy for the accused to get the penalty queshed from court.
