Does posco case be taken back?

i would like to know if there is any provission to take back the criminal case of posco if the party agrees to. if so how.

There is legally no provision whereby a POCSO case may be withdrawn. The case has to reach at a conclusion. Good lawyers can legally try to cause to make the conclusion favourable to the interest of the accused by using "certain legal processes" and precedents.

Nopp, In general, Criminal cases cannot be taken back. but there is any settlement then the case can be weaken.. to favor a party.

Further more the victim can resile. From her earlier statement at the time of her statement on oath in court.

No... there is no chance to take bake the POCSO act case... but the will of the complainant party, their team will be hostail in the Hon'ble court, by the guidance of the lawyer.

No there is no provision in crpc to take back any regular criminal cases.....

No Criminal case can be withdrawn as it is state case. And POCSO falls under this.

Not at all case can't be withdrawn .
