Document required

Dear Querist,

Documents required at the time of trust registration as per the Indian Trust act 1982 for private trust are- a copy of identification proof, copy of utility bills, Trust deed on a Stamp paper, Copy of the property registration and No objection certificate from the owner of a rented property.

Some other documents that are required under the act are- attested registration application with a court fee INR 100, Declaration by all the trustees along with their signature, bills, Settlor’s signatures and consent and Declaration by all the trustees along with their signature.
