Doctors unsatisfactory services

Do doctors are obliged to answer all the treatment and the diagnosis they are doing for a patient.

What to do when they are not ready to share the reports with the patient and the bystander.

there is no such law or bill enforcing the doctors to tell the diagonos to patient in severe cases where patient are likely to get heart attck or health or recovery of patient can go negative .in such cses your liabilty is towarsds the ward of patient .

in short you cant hide the diagonose you are giving to the patient.

Thanks for the reply....

But do doctors can share the entire things to by-standers? As my father has undergone by pass surgery in the month of Feb-2011 and after that he got infection several times..so they again reopening and doing re suture the stitches. They are not ensuring that it will not happen again..they are just doing everything in assumption...So we are not interested to undergo treatment in same hospital. Kindly suggest...
