Dlf bangalore torturing buyers

Hi, DLF Bangalore is creating lot of problems to their buyers. The property has started in 2009, and as per their commitment they suppose to handover in the 2012, its already been delayed for 3 years. From the last one year DLF is sending false letters of giving position of apartment but already twice the given dates passed and recently they sent new schedules. This is one perspective of frustration created for buyers, and the bigger problems creating the front of financial matter. We have paid the 95% of the amount to DLF already two years back and from that time onwards we are just paying the interest on that amount, and its day on day creating burden on us. On top of creating these problems recently DLF has started creating new problems with demand of 2.5 lac demand for saying that they are we have to pay the taxes, where they have not given the break up of what taxes they are demands. Already we are paid the Service Tax and Vat part of every demand letter. They are not ready to clearly explain the what these taxes in the demand on top of that they have given only 30 days to pay that demand and all the banks are rejected saying that this kind of demand they won't support for loan. That means these are not legal. On top of all these problems now DLF has started new issues, demand new charges and also demand the maintenance charges per square feed of 4, and club house of 70K and also they are saying in the future they ask the demands continuously on top of this they are demanding for the sign for us to not going against them in court. Now again the are going to create lot of mess and they are trying with Unethical things. Is there in Any Law which takes action against this kind of builders. I think I have not seen DLF is giving any property with ethical way in of the buyers. Please I Would request in this association, please guide us how we can take action against these builders and also we won't stop now this kind of builders soon, otherwise these kind of builders will spoil our society and kill our middle class people. Regards

First of all if they appear to violate the terms and conditions of sale agreement or if their demands are unjustified and extortion, you may consult a local lawyer and issue a lawyer's notice suitably, if hey do not respond, they may be drawn to consumer court for deficiency and high handed activities.
