If ur mother do not understnd ur problem u tell her that u will be in troubles if she continues the whatsapp contact. u issue a registered notice to ur mother, eventhough living under one roof, that she is contacting ur divorced wife on her own and u have no concern  in the matter.In the eyes of law every individual is separate so u give notice to ur mother.If tomorrow anything happens u will be safe.
