Divorce query

My wife snot stayiing with me for last 4 years..she is a teacher earning 35 k per month. she is demanding a house to sign the divorce papers . My lawyer has filed the petition for divorce on the basis of cruelty and desertion. Cruelty becoz my parents are disabled and she wanted us to leave them n stay seperatly. please advice if i can get divorce on this grounds without givingn soo much money or house..

I have a 4 months old baby and I want his custody also. Currently I am working but what if I don have a job still will I get my baby's custody or it will be given to my husband? What does the law says? I want to know the details regarding what a woman gets after divorce even if she is not working? Please let me know.
