DIVORCE IF NOT ACCEPTED

IF THE WIFE WILL NOT READY TO ACCEPT THE DIVORCE GIVEN BY THE COURT THEN WHATS HER REMEDY./? IN WHICH SECTION SHE WILL GO FOR NOT ACCEPTING THE DIVORCE

If any court pass order/award for divorce on merit than it shall binding on both party. The only remedy is appeal/revision.

The question is not to accept the divorce but not to acaept the judgement of divorce. If the wife is dissatisfied witht he order of granting divorce, she could prefer appeal before the High Court challenging the said order.
