in the year 2019 January wife married 2nd time and she only filed a case under cruelty and discretion in 2020.
I filed bigamy on her with a marriage certificate in the year 2019 September.
Query:If divorce issued in 2022,will it affect bigamy on the grounds of bigamy

Divorce and bigamy are both different aspect, however bigamy is one of the ground of divorce.
