For mutual consent divorce, you and your husband should mutually decide and file an application for mutual consent divorce. On application the court will pass the order that your marriage is dissolved. 

both you and your husband jointly file a petition for mutual consent before the jurisdictional court and after a period of 6 months you marriage will be legally dissolved by a decree of divorce by mutual consent.
don't forget to mention about the alimony, custody of the child, property distrubution among yourself in the Divorce petition.
