mera bhai ka divorce ho raha hai aur jitne property hai mera mom dad k name par hai to mere bhai ki wife usse claim kar shakti hai ????

No she cannot claim any property of in laws or even her husband. She can claim only permanent alimony and maintenance from husband.

No. A daughter in law has no claim of any kind over the self earned properties for her in laws.
