Division of the Property

Hi Sir/Madam,
After death of my Grandfather, My father transferred the ancestral property to his name, without any signature of his sisters(in 1997). My father took all the responsibility of their marriage. But recently my father expired. using this time,Now my father's sisters have filed an original suit asking share in the property. Do they get it asper Hindu Succession Act amendments?

Quick Summary
Following the death of a grandfather, ancestral property was transferred to the father's name without his sisters' consent. Now, after the father's passing, the sisters have filed a suit seeking their share. The discussion clarifies that, under the Hindu Succession Act amendments, the father's sisters are indeed entitled to their respective shares of the ancestral property.
