me and my partners own an agricultural land in thane dist. we have done all the procedures to obtain residential NA permission and orders will arrive in a weeks time. now me and my partner want to divide plots on individuals name on mutual consent and currently on 7/12 extract both our names exists. can someone pls advice how to go about it.
