आपके पास दोनों ही रास्ते हैं आप लॉयर के द्वारा भी भेज सकते हैं और कोर्ट के द्वारा भी परंतु दोनों में फर्क यह है कि लॉयर के द्वारा जो नोटिस जाएगा वह एक तरह की वार्निंग होगी और अगर आप कोर्ट से भेजना चाहते हैं तो कोर्ट में केस फाइल करना पड़ेगा
