disturb by partition uncle

sir we have one room my partition uncle disturb me and my family by using TV and music system.sir what can we do

Contact police. Complain about the person committing nuisance. His music and TV should not annoy or hurt you. Now your annoyance should not be very childish. If he is doing it unreasonable, for eg - At night or at very high volume then he can be complained against.

1. Since person is your Uncle, you and your family members can "together" join in watching the TV and laugh loudly and comment on the TV scenes. Uncle will get fed up and switch off the TV.

2. No point in making a legal issue out of such trivial issues. Maintain family relations (a rare relation)
