distribution of property

there is one property on rent from more than 100 years ..my .father in law's father take property on rent 100 years ago...now my father in law's father had died...my father in laws's father had two sons....one of my father in law and one other...both of them doing businesses in partnerships... my father in law had two dauthers only...i want to know ...after my father in law's death ...the property that was on a rent ...can distribution between daughers ...or not............and the other son except my father law ... it take whole property....because the other son had a two sons only....
