Digest on ni act

Dear friends, I am herewith enclosing Digest on NI Act which was prepared by the learned judge at Allahabad. I thought the digest is note-worthy and hence posting here for our reference. This is digest for punishment to the issuer of cheque but at every stage there number of escate routes for come out of all these provisions.

A double edged sword can be used either way. It is also alike. If you know how many ways are there to punish a person, you would also know how other ways are there to escape. Hence, nothing is waste.
