Can any one explanin the difference between crpc 227 and crpc239, since both are use for discharge ?
Where can the Crpc227 be used & where can Crpc 239 be used,
the reason is i want to file for discharge for All persons implicated in 498A, hence based on Juridiction of events mentioned in the chargesheet want to file for discharge.
