I left my office at durgapur on 3/12/18 at 5.45 p.m. due to chest pain with loose motion. I proceeded for kolkata at 7.pm . at 6.50 p.m. I intimated my immediate sr. AO.(accounts officer) through SMS. On 4/12/18 at 12.35 p.m. I sent SMS again to my immediate senior AO :"Dr. advised me to take rest atleast for 3days". At 4.52 p.m. I sent one mail to Regional P F Commissioner-I stating the compelling circumstances for leaving station instaforex of obtaining but to intimating through SMS. On 7/12/18 I resumed my duty with medical certificate. On 18/12/18 I was issued one Show cause for willful adsence why the days will not be treated as dies non. I submitted my reply. My 3days salary has been cut off from my salary for the month of Dec.18. without any intimation or conclusion of my appeal. Can it be done on the legal foot. if not what will be my next course of action? In the mean time I have also submitted one letter quiring the reason for short payment in salary.
Your query heading: dies-non. Dies-non means if Government servant is not having any kind of leave at his credit, then the leave on dies-non (the leave applied will be deducted from future leave on only medical grounds and half pay leave) will be sanctioned. But as per your query you left the office without getting permission. When you leave the office you have to take permission. However due illness you left the office and intimated the fact via SMS and mail, represent to the next higher authority for sanction of leave on medical grounds. If the next higher or his next authority also refuses to sanction leave by calling explanation, consult an advocate having knowledge in service matters.
sorry for inconvenience . the word at 11 line instaforex may be read as instead. sir further please note that I am presently posted at Durgapur on rotational tr. policy. I left office at 5.45p.m. to stay at hotel. on the way to hotel I thought myself to return back to Kolkata for better treatment with the help of family members. the office hours were over. Therefore I left intimation of station leave through SMS. The same had also been narrated through mail and subsequent petition.
