Dear Sirs,
I am staying in a society. There is a DG set installed from on Ground floor since beginning. Whenever there is power cut off and DG is turned on the smoke eminating enters my house. Initially I use to close the windows and since there were hardly any or less power cuts I decided to let it go. But now the power cuts have increased and for long hours. Even with the closed windows the smoke still enters and it is becoming unbearable. I complained to the society office bearers but no action being taken. They say it is from begining. Need advice. Can I take legal course and under which law.
