Hi, I'm trying to buy a land(plot) from a Developer who has entered into development agreement cum irrevocable GPA with the land owners.
I read the terms of the agreements and it clearly mentions that the developer will have rights to sell his share of Property to anyone.
In this situation, can the developer himself execute a sale deed to me?
