Devasthan inam land site can i purchase?

I am Raju,Bangalore, I am going to purchase a site in Bangalore(BANGALORE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY APPROVED LAYOUT),previously this land belong to DEVASTHAN INAM LAND ,It’s in name of Mr,Late.RAMAPPA, he was died on 1980,his wife Mrs Rangamma and her two major sons sale this inam property to Mr SRINIVAS on 08/05/1992, Mr,Late.RAMAPPA and HIS WIFE RANGAMMA NAME REFLECTED IN RTC.Mr Srinivas converted this land into residential on 02/04/2008,from special DC, Mr. SRINIVAS AND DEVELOPER MADE JD AGREEMENT ON 30/07/2010.Now I am planning to purchase a site in this lay out, plz inform pro and cons.

If the holder is having permission of Charity Commissioner you can purchase the devastate inam property.

i think u have to approach the endowment department whether the people have given the permission and at the same time u ahve to approach the concern revenue people provided the NOC then only u have to buy it.
