Transfer of property from wife to husband

Hi,

I would like to transfer a land property to my name from my wife's name which was bought with my money. While we are transferring as a gift, I am worried that would it be portrayed as a dowry in future in case of any dispute. Please advise how to avoid such a potential issue. Any tips on writing document would be great.
