To solve a property dispute with our neighbour in court we need to present the certified copy of his partition deed and other property documents which he has purchased. We only have his last tax receipt with us which shows the re-survey number.Also we have the old survey number of his parental document(the property is divided between three members of the family).
Would request somebody to guide me as how to and where from to get their details to get the certified copy of partition deed. We have only a weeks time with us.
