Mr.Ranganathan, Get prepared the Demand Draft/cheque in favour of the opposite party prepare a small application and tender it in the registry. In the alternate get the award amount (by cheque/DD or even cash) recieved acknowledge in writing by the other side and file this reciept along with application in Consumer Forum. Best Regards Daksh
